Charankattu Coir’s R&D division has introduced a specialized coir net designed to optimize hydroseeding based on terrain conditions. By integrating 3cm diameter coir rope at 50cm intervals across the width, each strand serves as a natural check dam— capturing seed runoff and nurturing plant establishment on-site. For added durability, coir yarn is now woven with galvanized iron (GI) wire, enhancing strength for demanding environments. These custom nettings are available in widths ranging from 50cm to 1.5 meters and lengths from 5 to 15 meters, offering tailored solutions for effective and eco- conscious land rehabilitation.
